1st Appointment (approx. 1-1.5 hours)

Upon arrival our staff will review the New Patient forms and prepare them for the Doctors. You will then meet with Dr. Windman to discuss your health history. Dr. Windman will perform an examination to determine whether we can be of service. If Dr. Windman finds that you are a candidate for the Atlas Orthogonal procedure, a series of measurements and a 4 view x ray will be taken.

Your second and third appointment will then be scheduled - if possible, pre-schedule the first three appointments in advance so treatment can begin within the same week.

2nd Appointment (approx 1 hour)

Upon arrival, Dr. Windman will review findings from your examination including your x-rays. Your customized correction will be discussed and performed using the Atlas Orthogonal (AO) Percussion Instrument. This means no manipulation, twisting or popping will be used. You will rest for a period of time following the correction.

Following the Atlas Orthogonal( AO) correction,  post-correction x-rays will be performed and

guidelines will be provided. This includes home instruction and limitations. These x-rays are

analyzed and compared to your original films.  All patients will then have a 24 hour follow up appointment post treatment. Based on individual findings, you will start your treatment protocol after the 24 hour follow up.

Routine Visits (10-15 min.)

A customized treatment schedule will be outlined by Dr. Windman after the first correction.
