Dr. Leslie Windman
Dr. Windman's interest in her work began after being involved in a motor vehicle accident while working in the field of Business & Management Information Systems after graduating from the State University of New York at Buffalo.

Dr. Leslie was diagnosed with whiplash, Bilateral Carpal Tunnel Syndrome and Hip Dysfunction. She was given prescription pain pills, muscle relaxers and a brace for both hands! Dr. Windman continued to deteriorate and was unable to perform her daily activities. She had problems with concentration, which affected her work and personal life. Dr. Leslie became very frustrated!

Since she did not want to be a surgical candidate and still suffered with pain, she researched alternatives. She was referred to a doctor who was trained to detect and correct Atlas misalignment problems that could cause these symptoms due to the trauma she experienced. It was found that Dr. Windman's atlas was misaligned. Her doctor corrected the misalignment. It worked! No more pain pills, no more braces, no more pain!

The results changed her life and led her on the path to her second career.

Dr. Leslie resigned from her job and sold her home in sunny San Diego, California. She moved to Davenport, Iowa to study with her husband, Dr. Michael Windman. They received their Doctorate degree after a 5-year curriculum at the prestigious Palmer College of Chiropractic, the acknowledged leading educational institution in the field and the first such college to achieve university status.
